DEKA Affiliate, G+O Fitness, hosts the 1st Ever SoFlo DEKA Fest

Veteran fitness professional and owner of G+O Fitness, Paul Christopher, is as creative as they come so this past Saturday, he brought the entire South Florida fitness community together to celebrate their fitness, as well as, participants from 8 different states and 56 cities in all at an epic venue… The Florida Atlantic University football stadium!

Over 250 competitors converged at this memorable gym affiliate DEKA event, which included individual DEKA STRONG and DEKA MILE formats. In addition, 36 teams participated in the 1st ever Double DEKA MILE. The Gett-itt Core Fitness crew (Jacksonville), also a DEKA Affiliate, dominated the team event.

Flawless weather, amazing upbeat DJ entertainment, happily satisfied vendors, athletes encouraging other athletes, and great energy was had throughout the day. And according to Paul, there are even bigger plans for 2023!
